Extracted View Creation

1. The extracted view is created from a normal layout view .  
2. From the Layout view click Verify => Extract.  This will bring up the Extractor Window.
3. In the Extractor window make sure the Rules Library and Rules File are correct, then Click OK.   You can see the progress of the extraction in the CIW window.  
4. The extracted view should now be available from the library manager in the same Cell the original layout came from.
